Humboldt Facility Visiting Rules
HCCF visiting rules require a Visitor Request Form in the public lobby during the inmate's scheduled visiting hours. Humboldt Facility Mail Money
HCCF inmate information says mail should be addressed to the inmate's full name in care of Humboldt County Correctional Facility at 901 5th Street in Eureka. Humboldt Facility Booking Intake
The HCCF booking process begins with medical screening, vital signs, and a search for weapons or contraband. Staff enter the person's information into the booking system, take a digital photo, collect fingerprints through a laser fingerprinting system, and transmit prints to the California Department of Justice.
